Custom Orders:
- Non-Refundable: Once the final design has been approved and delivered, refunds are not available.
Revisions: We offer up to unlimited revisons during the design process to ensure your satisfaction.
Pre-Made Artwork:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only provided if:
- The wrong file was sent.
- There is a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
Non-Refundable: Instant downloads cannot be refunded once accessed or downloaded.
Sale Items:
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion are non-refundable.
